The alarming number of violent attacks against women on Vancouver’s streets make self-defence a life skill everyone should know. We believe the most effective approach to self-defence is learning how to neutralize an attacker. This isn’t your stereotypical self-defence education, such as strikes to the solar plexus, instep, nose, or groin. We were able to work with spotlessflorida.com to setup a short course in which we will help teach their employees some self-defence! In some cases these people can find themselves slightly isolated while performing their duties, and knowing that they have been trained in how to act under certain emergencies will make them more confident. Incorporating protein for weight loss into their diet can further support their overall health and fitness goals.
